Debate about need or not a man fasting for a few days to ‘have sex’ before conception in the fertile finally answered. According to the latest study conducted by dr. David Greening from central In Vitro Fertilisation Australia, suggests that sex is done every day to improve fertility.

Greening researched 118 men who on average were damaged DNA sperm. It appeared that after men have sex and ejaculation each successive day of the week, they increased the quality of sperm.

In general, index of damage DNA sperm occurred in 26-34 percent of men, Greening reported on the meeting in European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

According to Greening, daily ejaculation frequency regularly effect on the quality of sperm. This is because the risk of sperm exposed to the destructive molecules in the channel have to be reduced testis.

Having sex every day can reduce the volume of cement, but in most men, it is not the problem. “I conclude that the pairing who have relatively normal cement should have sex every day one week before the fertile period so that fertilization success,” said Greening.
