Not only through the consumption of beverages, skin hyidration through moisturizer every morning and night are also important.
4. Reduce calories
Of course, skin also needs vitamin and nutrition from food. Too tight diet will make the skin look dull and not shining. So, eat food as enough as possible with the right nutrition. Eating healthy food and fresh, restrict carbohydrate and fat will help your skin health.
5. Sports

6. White teeth

9. Avoid smoking
As known, smoking can cause heart disease, stroke, cataracts, lung cancer, and other. That are diseases that can be caused by cigarettes. Cigarettes also cause not good skin effect, such as wrinkles. Avoid smoking as much as possible, and do not want to be passive smokers.
