Stay Young and Fresh

As human with many activities, we probably forget to spend our time for rest our body or even our mind. Family, work, and other activities prevent us from time to take a rest. At the same time, we must keep our appearance such beautiful and stay young as long as possible. Sometimes we just believe on brand cosmetics. But not all person can do it to purchase. Here, there are easy simple rules we can follow :

1.Drink enough water
Our body is comprising water on average about 60 percent of weight. Water is main chemical component in our bodies. Every day that full of activity, we need at least about 2 litters of water to consume. So we have to make sure to drink enough water, a simple thing that always be forgotten is make a habit to carry one bottle everyday, and avoiding dehydration and keeping your skin supple.

2.Wear the sunscreen from heat
Sunscreen is your best friends if you are active outdoor, staying under the open sky and sun. it helps preventing premature skin aging and skin cancer. Sunglasses help preventing you from squint your eyes that can lead to early crow’s feet.

3.Eat well, Or, at the very least, have a fresh fruit or nutritional snack handy
Food has a purpose. With each mouthful we are creating our lives, as well as choosing how we look and feel.

4.Sleep well
When you do not get enough sleep for an extended period of time your tiredness will begin to impact every part of your life (one example: eyes bag). It is recommended to have up to 7 hours sleep daily, then you will wake up feeling rested and refreshed.

5.Stop Smoking
Smoking is related to the toxic. Causes of diseases is in cigarette for majority. Smoke spreads to the main set of our body called lungs then will damage our health in seriously.

6.Try to clean face
No matter how sleepy and tired you are, shower and clean your face from the day’s grime and make up before you sleep. A clean skin will prevents any skin diseases and pimples away from you.

7.Always smile and think positively
Smiling, beside we look friendly, smile is also being awesome way to keep health. Some people say that smiling will keep us on ageless. Smile and positive think to can improve our health to keep better and control our emotions.
