Fight Obesity with Perception

Perception and behavior is the key to success to win the battle against weight. The intention to have a better quality of life by losing weight is equal to arena of war. Perhaps you realize that you need to change habits drastically, but you do not have the strength to do all that.

In addition to declining health due to excess weight, psychologically also embarrassed to leave the house. Even sometimes feels ashamed of visiting nutrition clinic for assistance.     here in Philippines, obesity is also becoming a problem. More and more children are getting obese due to a lifestyle that is not fully of physical activities. most kids just wants to watch TV, play computer games and surf the net.
