Anyone wants to be healthy, but sometimes there is obstacle to a little exercise. Constraints of time and convenience often makes us combine cardio program and strength training, even though we have not yet seen clearly how the effects of exercise can affect the performance of other exercises. So no wonder if many people who exercise hard to burn calories.
The impact exerted by aerobic exercise, endurance, and a combination of both exercise is increased post-exercise oxygen consumption for combustion. To perform a combination of these two exercises are very easy and not too heavy to do it. First, do endurance exercise. Second, run. Third, do the exercises with the endurance and continued running, and the last run then continued with defense exercises.
The result, its endurance exercise increases more oxygen consumption than aerobic exercise. In combined training sessions, oxygen consumption in the post-exercise is greater in men who run first, before they perform endurance exercises. So it could be concluded, if you want to burn more calories, then we have to do resistance exercises. Or for the combination session, we are advised to start with aerobic exercise or running, followed by endurance training. Because with the combination, you do not need to do heavy exercise in fact the same result.
