A New 3-bit Chip Memory Generation From Samsung

It never stopped innovating. That is the requirement to continue to compete in the industry. Like what is being undertaken by the Samsung right now, is to start production of 3-bit, multi-level-cell (MLC) NAND flash chips using the technology 30-nanometer processing.

3-bit chip that recently increased 50 percent more than the previous generation of 2-bit chips.
